We are always searching for quality, experienced and entry-level applicants for the following positions:
Motor Winders: Perform the testing, rewind, refurbishment of AC and DC motors. May perform operations involving dismantling, rewinding, repairing, reassembling and testing motors. Must have ability to read/review work prints and determine materials necessary for winding.
Field Service Technicians: Perform electrical and mechanical testing, inspection, troubleshooting and repair of electro-mechanical equipment at customer sites, according to quality and safety procedures and customer instructions. Start-up and commission new equipment. Complete applicable paperwork and reports. Requires experience with electro-mechanical fundamentals.
Transformer Technicians: Perform electrical and mechanical testing, inspection, troubleshooting and repair/ rewind of electrical transformers in-shop and at customer sites. Perform coil winding, lead assembly, electrical testing, internal inspection and repair, leak repair/regasketing, assembly, oil processing and vacuum filling, LTC inspection and repair.
Machinists: Perform repair and fabrication of components for electro-mechanical equipment using manual lathes, shapers, drill presses, grinders as well as electroplating. Must apply knowledge of machining procedures, mechanics, mathematics, metal properties and layout.
Sales Representatives/Client Managers: Outside sales in assigned markets and territory. Must be able to qualify prospects, make effective sales presentations, answer technical questions, and manage sales activity (travel, appointments, account development) to achieve annual sales quota.

All positions require customer focus with service-oriented attitude as well as attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to changes in daily activities is essential. Ability to travel and work overtime/weekends, as needed, to meet customer and in-house demands.
